We are excited to celebrate our 25th Anniversary this year! To see just how we made it a quarter of a century, here’s a little history of my humble beginning:
I saw my first copier at a library at a young age and was fascinated that you could recreate a document or book you had. It was the same kind of magical feeling I got when I saw our first VCR - amazed you could record and view something later. The first fax machines were the same way – you could send a document to someone, somewhere else. Amazingly, I still get psyched by this stuff!
This feeling stuck with me, and I started my copier career almost 40 years ago working for 2 independent dealers. This was a time with no superstores, internet or cell phones; instead, there were a lot of in person cold calls. But this was just the beginning.
I always had a dream of starting my own business and in 1993, I found the courage to do it. We started in our house. My first desk was a door nailed to the wall, but between that and a ton of passion and enthusiasm for making my career something I could call my own, I had everything I needed to start. We soon outgrew the house and moved to a larger facility that we, once again, outgrew. In November of 2011, we found the perfect facility for our business at Blackburn Center in Gloucester, and we enthusiastically welcome you to come and visit us here!
I feel fortunate that we have a bright, uplifting space to offer our unique blend of expertise, warmth and enthusiasm for helping our clients with state of the art multifunction products from Canon and Konica Minolta.
The way we interact with our clients has changed over the years but the caring, integrity and professionalism that our team offers has only gotten better. From humble beginnings to now we’ve continued to improve, and as we go forth we will work to perfect ourselves further.

I can’t believe it’s been 23 years working at EASTERN COPY FAX, INC. as a Technician/Service Manager. "I love my Job"! With a Degree in Electronics, Canon Factory Training and years of field experience, I've found it’s not just a copier/printer service job, it’s the client relations experience that makes my job so satisfying.
Having the office located in Gloucester, I've experienced life as a resident of Cape Ann and all that goes along with it - the beaches, restaurants and the people.
Other hobbies that make my life complete are that I've been a drummer my whole life playing Tama Drums and Sabian Symbols . I've played in many great bands and played countless gigs. I once played in Brazil! I love snowmobiling in the winter riding my new Polaris Pro S 800. One of my favorite places to ride is in Rangeley, Maine. I also enjoy golfing in the summer and doing handyman projects.
EASTERN COPY FAX, INC. has given me the opportunity to develop my skills as a Senior Technician and have great client relations with all our valued clients over the years. I’m looking forward to many more.

Eric Saunders
I’ve been at EASTERN COPY FAX, INC. for 10 years as a Senior Field Technician and have completed the Canon Factory Training. I enjoy working on the road and interacting with a variety of clients to solve their printing and scanning issues.
One of the benefits of being here for 10 years is the warm business relations I have with our clients. It’s great to see a friendly smile when I walk through the door!
I live in Haverhill and Ienjoy riding my motorcycle and going hiking and camping in the mountains of New Hampshire.

Tina Tsakiris
Tina Tsakiris joined our staff in November, 2017. She brings over 17 years of Office Management and Client Services experience. She wears many hats, but most importantly, she adds a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.
I’m extremely grateful to work for such a great company. Tony is one of a kind! He is so passionate about what he does. He truly cares about our clients and strives to do whatever it takes to make them happy. I would say his integrity and honesty is what makes him so successful. Working with George and Eric is always fun! They’re great guys and are very knowledgeable. They have the same drive to make every client happy.
As for me, I live in Danvers with my husband, Nathan. With our kids ages ranging from 7 to 26 it’s always an adventure!
I’ve been fortunate to travel to places like Fiji, Hawaii, Jamaica, London, Greece, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Bermuda and Aruba. One of our favorite destinations is Las Vegas!
